FISH GRADERS
Half-automatic Grader.
An ideal, portable instrument for small and medium
sized farms or for the grading of smaller amounts of fish.
3 grading sizes, grids from 6 -35 mm ,stainless steel frame,
fiberglass grid boxes, water connection for each of the 3
sections, 1.5" water connection, Ø 160 mm outlets, 3

Faivre Grading Machine.
The heart of this grading machine consists of a graduated
stainless steel channel, through which the fish are lead by
nylon fingers running underneath the channel. As soon as
the gap between the two side walls is wide enough, the
fish falls down into one of the sections. The advantages of
this machine, of which more than a thousand have been
sold, are its relatively high capacity and very high-quality
workmanship. |

FISH ELEVATORS
Elevators provide an effective solution to the problem
of catching and lifting fish.
A TRIED AND TESTED TECHNIQUE
A screw elevator is made up of 3 distinct parts:
- The AUTOMATIC fishing drum with a fishing screw made of stainless
steel wire (patented by FAIVRE).
- The polyester screw integral to its casing.
- A frame allowing the apparatus to be handled easily.
Why many fish farmer buy a FAIVRE elevator :
- The fish are constantly in water, free of stress. And as the
polyester screw is translucent, they have the same amount of
light as in the pond where they were fished.
- The machine may be started instantly without having to be primed.
- The proportion of fish and water lifted is very regular.
You may therefore connect your screw directly to a grader without
using a water separator.
- The regularity of the screw elevator allows increased accuracy,
whatever the grader used downstream.
- The power used to turn the screw is at least five times less than
with other systems.
- You can adjust at any time the flow of the screw by setting the
speed of the variator.

FISH PUMP
The heart of this continous-flow fish pump is a special
adjustable,hydraulic pump head,designed so that even larger fish
will not be damaged.The fish are lifted gently,up to a height of
6 meters.The pump head can be either positioned directly in the tank
/cage or be connected to the tank/pond outlet,or together with a
special funnel, be used for manual filling.
The pumps run with either electric or gasoline motors.
The system is ready-to-use and includes trolley and hoses.
